Our Standards
How Infinity Bio Med sources, verifies, documents and ships every compound.
Purity Verification
Every batch is independently tested by accredited U.S. laboratories. Purity is quantified by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) against a ≥99% standard, and identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry before a lot is released for sale.
Certificate of Analysis
Each tested batch receives a Certificate of Analysis documenting purity, identity and the batch number. Certificates are linked from every product card and product page and collected in the COA Library, so results can be reviewed before ordering.
Research-Use Designation
All compounds are designated strictly for in-vitro laboratory research conducted by qualified professionals. They are not for human or veterinary use, and 4 Pillar Labs does not provide dosing, administration or usage guidance of any kind.
Sealed for Integrity
Compounds are supplied in sealed vials to protect integrity and stability. Lyophilized materials are stable at room temperature in transit; store according to label conditions upon receipt.
Processing & Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days and ship in discreet packaging. Estimated U.S. delivery is 5–7 business days once a package leaves our facility.
Accountability
If a product arrives incorrect, damaged or proven defective, report it within 7 calendar days of receipt and our team will review the claim. Questions about any batch can be sent to hello@infinitybiomed.co.
